What we set out to solve
Large enterprise teams were losing critical decisions and action items buried inside hours of meeting recordings. Manual note-taking was inconsistent and retrieving past decisions required watching hours of video.
Our approach
How we thought about it
We built a multi-stage RAG pipeline that ingests audio/video, transcribes with speaker diarization, chunks semantically, embeds into a vector store, and surfaces answers through a natural language query interface. A structured extraction layer pulls action items and decisions into a relational schema for dashboards.
