The challenge
What we set out to solve
A fast-growing HR tech startup had strong traction but their MVP was a fragile prototype. They needed a production-grade platform in 10 weeks to satisfy an enterprise contract.
Our approach
How we thought about it
We rebuilt the product on a proper Next.js + Prisma stack, designed a scoring engine using structured LLM extraction from CVs, and built a scheduling system with calendar integrations. The whole platform was multi-tenant from day one.
